The history of J&S Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. dates back to 1994 when the sole shareholder, DR. JOSE PETERSON opened a chemical shop at Merseyside, a suburb of Liverpool. In 1997, he opened another shop at Stonebridge, also a suburb of Liverpool and within a period of; these chemical shops were transformed to pharmacies. J&S Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd. (JSPL) was registered as a limited liability company in January 2003.

From this humble beginning, the company has grown to be one of the leading Pharmaceuticals and cosmetics suppliers in England. In addition, it has given birth to a state of the Art Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company (Entrance Pharmaceuticals and Research Centre) and Five (5) other subsidiaries including (ABii National Savings and Loans, Priority Insurance Limited, Liverpool FM (A Radio Station), Toblues Properties and DOR Events Centre and seeks to gain a significant share of the Europe market with its own brands of pharmaceuticals and other services products.

J&S Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd is currently the leading pharmaceutical marketing and distribution company in UK and looking forward to producing other products locally by way of backward integration to tap into the Sub-regional market. J&SPL seeks to gain a significant share of the Europe market with its own brands in the first year of Manufacturing Operations. JSPL has historically focused more on marketing and distribution of Anti malarias (ACTs) and in recent times increased its range to cover over the counter drugs (OTCs), Antibiotics, and Animal Vaccine etc.
